Refund Policy

OVERVIEW
Here at Sheet Yeah!, we are happy to accept all refund or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.sheetyeah.com.au

All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened goods, sale items or gift cards.

GIFT or BONUS WITH PURCHASE AND BUNDLED ITEMS
Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Change of Address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” to hello@sheetyeah.com.au and we will do our best to update the order.

UNCLAIMED / RETURNED
If an order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Sheet Yeah! has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo or video of the defect.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are expecting a refund and still can’t see it in your account 21 business days after we confirmed your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as they do take some time to be officially posted.
