Yes, we are a 100% Australian Owned Company. Started in
Brisbane, QLD
Where are your products manufactured?
Laundry Sheets are new to market and require new technology/machinery
for production that no manufacturers in Australia currently have.
We have fortunately been able to partner with an ethical
employment and environmentally conscious manufacturer in China who share our
goals of eliminating plastic from both the supply chain and our homes.
We use 100% natural, clean and safe ingredients in all our
products and packaging to ensure we are meeting the highest standards when manufacturing
any products.
Where do you ship from?
Australian orders ship from our head office in Brisbane, QLD
What do you mean by Zero-waste?
Sheet Yeah! laundry sheets are delivered in a home compostable
mail bag, inside a small recyclable cardboard envelope. We don’t use sticky
tape and all packaging is plastic free.
How long do they last?
It is best to use them within 3 years.

How do I use the Laundry Sheets?
Whether you have a front or top loader washing machine, simply throw the detergent sheet on top of your clothes and begin your
wash cycle.
Do I need to use hot or cold water?
You can use hot or cold water; the sheets work in both.
However, it is kinder on your electricity bill and the planet to wash with cold water.
Do I need to put the sheet inside the detergent dispenser of my washing machine
No, but if you would like to, we suggest you tear it into smaller pieces first to make sure it fits and that the water can dissolve all of the sheet to use on your wash.
Can I use Fabric Softener or Stain Remover with my Sheets?
Yes, if you wish you may add either product to your wash as
per normal.
How many washes will it do?
Each pack contains the equivalent of 2L of Liquid detergent
or 2kg of powder detergent all of which are the equivalent to approx. 40 regular washes or 80 small washes. This means each packet will vary depending on what size loads you’re doing.

All Australian orders ship from our head office in Brisbane,

How long will my delivery take?
Most orders will be delivered between 1-7 days, once shipped,
you will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number. You can track your delivery all the way to your door.
Which carriers do you use?
We use a variety of carriers to ensure we are able to source
the best lead times and prices.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as your order has not been shipped, please email us within 2 hours of purchase with the subject line “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” to hello@sheetyeah.com.au so we can try to update your address before it ships.
I can’t find my tracking number?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation
email, please email hello@sheetyeah.com.au so we can ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.
